The answer can be found in unlocking our emotional brain. By becoming aware of our subconscious or implicit learnings, we can change how our experiences are stored in our bodies. This somatic storage can manifest as anxiety, depression, insomnia, fatigue, chronic pain, compulsions, phobias or relationship issues and a myriad of physical symptoms.
