We draw from a range of evidence-based approaches tailored to your needs, including Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT), Emotional Awareness & Expression Therapy (EAET), EMDR, Parts Work (IFS), Somatic Approaches, and Cognitive Behavioural strategies.
The first session is about understanding what brings you in. We listen closely, explore how things are affecting your life, and begin shaping a plan together.
There's no pressure to share more than feels comfortable. We move entirely at your pace, and you're welcome to ask us anything along the way.
