How it works
Confirm your plan includes Registered Clinical Counsellors (RCC). Both Renée and Simona are RCCs in good standing.
When booking or completing intake, share your provider name, policy number, and member ID.
We process the claim after each session. You only cover any remaining co-pay or deductible.
Common questions
Yes. Because our practitioners are Registered Clinical Counsellors (RCC), your sessions are billed as standard clinical counselling. The specific modalities used in session, such as EMDR, somatic tracking, or neuroplasticity retraining, are simply part of your tailored therapeutic care and don't change how the session is covered.
If your provider doesn't support direct billing for clinical counselling, we'll issue a detailed official receipt immediately following your payment. It contains all necessary practitioner credentials and registration numbers, so you can easily submit it online for rapid reimbursement.
If you're recovering from a car accident (ICBC) or an event covered by the Crime Victim Assistance Program (CVAP), please provide your claim number and your claims adjuster's contact information prior to your first session, so we can authorize direct billing smoothly.
